Story

Habibi” is a personal fashion design studio. The brand is named after its founder, Zahra Habibi. Therefore, the visual identity project is inspired by the written form of Habibi in Farsi.

The letters in this logotype are designed in a monoline style in order to reflect the modern spirit of the brand. Additionally, the monoline nature of the letters evokes the image of multiple sewing elements: you can observe familiar forms of pattern drawings and stitch lines, such as zigzag and dashes, representing the dots of the Farsi letters.

The letters have an independent character each, yet their arrangement lets them read as a single word. Furthermore, the independent nature of each creates the potential for diverse symbols to come to life in the brand’s identity, making way for endless applications according to design objectives.

One example of the use of these symbols is in the details of fashion design. This enables the brand to expand the boundaries of its identity. As a result, the viewer can easily perceive how details receive the attention they deserve in the works of Habibi.
