STORY

Inja design is the place where the design happens.

Inja design consists of two words: Inja(here) + design.

The word “Inja” in Farsi refers to a special location and it is placed next to “here” next to the word “design”.

The logotype is designed with Farsi letters, the basis of which is the Nastaliq script in Iranian calligraphy. The letters are designed in monoline to manifest the modern spirit for the brand.

Inja Design is a handmade ceramic tableware brand that launches a new collection every year by holding one or more exhibitions in its dedicated showroom to form a profound connection with its audiences. The poster and invitation card are essential components for designing the visual identity of these events.

We had three main approaches to design the visual identity of these events:

1- Reducing paper consumption due to the repetition of events. The designed poster has a specific cut, which is designed according to the defined standard sizes of paper in the world, and the poster is produced without any paper waste.

2- Transforming the visual identity of the brand into a distinguishable image for the audience after holding several exhibitions in a row. In the design of the poster, 4 lines are defined, dividing the poster into 8 equal parts. The title of the exhibition is located on the left side of the posters and its information is mentioned on the right side. The font of the poster information is selected in a display size to be part of the overall design of the poster. By folding the poster on the specified fold line, it becomes as small as an invitation card, and the title of the invitation is shown on the image, inviting the audience to attend the exhibition. On each exhibition, by repeating this defined format, the audience would recall the brand, even by a glance at the size and style of presentation of the poster.

3- To reproduce the poster, we chose the method of silk printing, the steps of which are done manually and are similar to the production process of the Inja Design brand.
